The Deep Happy Diet is a radical and transformative approach to weight loss and weight maintenance.

Diet Coaching and the Deep Happy Diet has been designed by Dr Max Kohanzad.

Years of Dieting can have a tremendiously negative effect on you own self worth, and selfesteem.

The unhealthy obsession and continuous focus on food, on counting points or whatever it is, means that you’ve probably forgotten or have not been focusing on the many, many other things that can bring you happiness and pleasure.

The Deep Happy Diet is a wholistic approach that works it is one that encourages you to eat like a slim person who eat all types of food with nothing forbidden.

But one that seriously encourages you to take time to enjoy your food, to eat food that is good for you, food that you’ll love. If you’ve been dieting for a while, it is quite possible that you have an unnatural and unhealthy relaionship with food.

This could have deeper psychological reasons associated to this behaviour, and is something we can explore together in the coaching sessions.

Each coach will help you learn how to recognise natural appetite and to learn how to overcome cravings and such common habits as comfort eating or boredom or stress eating.

In other words, the approach is more to do with when, how and why you eat than what you eat.

Your coach will encourage and motivate you and help you work through your personal issues around food, within the parameters of your lifestyle.

Your coach will also help you devise a fitness programme that’s reasonable and sustainable for you.
