Life Coach Uk Contact details

What Makes Me Qualified to do this?

There is a clear advantage in being a creative, lateral thinker, having the imagination, analytical tools and ability to view any given situation from several, entirely different perspectives; also having the capacity to truly listen, empathise, and successfully communicate with a wide spectrum of people.

I believe that my rich, diverse, life-experiences and unconventional background have encouraged and fostered these and many other important skills for life coaching.

I originally trained to be a Rabbi and as part of the training I learnt important counselling and life-coaching skills: how to listen and be non-judgmental, as well as the importance of complete confidentiality and professionalism.

I also trained under Jane Howitt a UK accredited Life Coach based in South Manchester.

This training also included many other facets and skills that are important in the life coaching process. How to structure a coaching session, the belief that every individual has the power and knowledge within themselves to overcome any obstacles in their life.

I believe that everyone is unique and has something extra-ordinary to contribute to Life and that everyone, no matter their situation can find meaning and happiness.

My training also taught me how to positively reframe any given situation or event, as well as many other practical and meditative tools for stress reduction and the realistic and sensitive reappraisal of an individuals’ whole lifestyle.

I have been a practicing Life Coach since 2000.

Real communication is more than just talking at/to people, it requires an element of deep and empathetic listening, being open to what is really being said.

Great communication skills rely on vital interpersonal qualities, such as caring, openness and personal integrity.
